Hello! My name is Ffion - a chemistry graduate and entrepreneur, from mid-Wales. I started Little Perfections during a period of lockdown, in 2020. Initially, I was hand-making and selling face masks and cuddly keepsakes through social media platforms, such as Facebook and Instagram, to support myself financially, through these testing times. As the workload from my full-time degree and part-time job began to dominate my days, I had to steer away from the time-consuming, handmade products and focus on selling smaller items on the global Etsy platform.
For a year, my small business maintained a steady flow of orders, keeping me financially afloat throughout my final year of studies. In January of 2022, I invested some of my earnings into material cutting machinery, opening the door to product personalisation - this was a pivotal decision in my entrepreneurial career and has been paramount to the influx of orders I've been receiving ever since. I now work day and night in order to fulfil each and every order to the highest of standards. I reply to most messages within minutes of receiving them and aim to give every customer a pleasant buying experience - my 800+ five star reviews on Etsy are a testament to the quality of the products and service provided.
As time goes on, I will continue to grow the range of personalised products and their variations available, in order to meet the needs of all customers and aim to make my small business a big success.
