Design proofs and approval

For personalised orders, your first design proof will be emailed to the address associated with your order within 1 working day. Your price includes 2 rounds of design changes. Please review your proof and confirm your approval before printing.

Printing and dispatch take place within 2 working days of proof approval. Delays in approving your proof will move the dispatch date.

Delivery

Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery upgrades are available at checkout. Delivery charges and upgrade prices are shown at checkout.

Delivery time is separate from design approval, printing and dispatch. Choosing a delivery upgrade does not shorten the time needed to approve and produce your order.

If you need your order for a particular date, please contact us before ordering to confirm whether your deadline is achievable. International delivery times vary by destination.
