Welcome to Little Perfections. By placing an order or using our website (www.littleperfections.co.uk), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview
Little Perfections is a UK-based small business offering customised stationery and signage for weddings and special occasions. Our products are designed in-house and printed professionally by accredited third-party partners located in Wales, Scotland, and England.
2. Order Process
All products are custom-made based on the information provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all names, dates, spellings, and selections are correct when placing the order.
3. Draft Approval Policy
Once an order is placed, you will receive a personalised design draft via email within 24 hours.
We highly recommend that you reply to your draft email as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, to ensure a smooth turnaround and timely delivery of your order.
If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will send a follow-up email. If no reply is received within 24 hours of the follow-up (i.e., 72 hours total from initial contact), your draft will be sent to print as-is, using the details you originally provided.
This policy ensures your item arrives in time for your event. Little Perfections is not responsible for any errors in spelling, dates, or other personalised details if a draft is approved automatically due to a lack of response.
4. Delivery & Turnaround

Drafts are sent within 24 hours of order placement.

Once approved, your order will be sent to print and dispatched the same day if confirmed before midday, or the following working day if confirmed after midday.

Standard delivery (via DPD for signage or Royal Mail for stationery) takes 2–3 working days.

Express delivery takes 1–2 working days.

Premium delivery is next working day.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or contains an error made by us.
However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you're unhappy with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will offer a replacement or exchange.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, and content are the intellectual property of Little Perfections and are protected by copyright law. These designs may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission.
Any misuse, reproduction, or unauthorised distribution of Little Perfections' copyrighted materials may result in legal action, including prosecution.
