Yes! All of our designs can be personalised with your details in the fields provided when adding to your basket. With countless designs and collections to choose from, we're sure to have a design that fits your vision.

After we create your personalised design, we’ll send a draft within 24 hours to the email associated with your order. You can review it and request any adjustments. Once approved, we’ll proceed with production and shipping.

Shipping

We ship all around the world... but we're based in Wales, UK! This means that shipping times outside of Great Britain will vary, depending on location.

For standard delivery, orders arrive within 3-5 business days after ordering. If you need your order sooner, we offer express delivery, which takes 2-3 working days for an additional fee. We’ll also send a draft within 24 hours for your approval, so we can proceed quickly with production and shipping.

Yes, we offer express delivery! For an additional fee, you can select express shipping at checkout to receive your order in 2-3 working days.

We will send tracking information to the email address associated with your order once it has been shipped. You can also find it in the orders section on your profile.

Payments

Little Perfections accepts a variety of payment methods, to ensure a convenient shopping experience. These include major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and debit cards.

Yes! At Little Perfections, we offer Klarna as a payment option, allowing you to split the cost of your purchase into manageable instalments. Simply select Klarna at checkout, and follow the prompts to set up your installment plan. Klarna will guide you through the options, so you can choose a payment schedule that suits you.

To apply a discount or promotional code to your order, simply enter the code at checkout. There will be a field labeled "Promo Code" or "Discount Code" where you can input your code. The discount will be automatically applied to the eligible items in your order. Please note that only one promotional code can be used per order, and certain terms and conditions may apply.

Due to the personalised nature of our items, we generally don’t accept returns. However, exchanges are possible if requested within 10 days of delivery. Contact us for assistance, and we’ll do our best to help.

Our designs are licensed strictly for personal use, even custom creations. Using them for business or commercial purposes, such as logos or promotional materials, is not allowed. Please contact us if you have specific needs, and we can discuss options.

Once you approve the final draft, any additional modifications may incur extra charges. If you need modifications, please contact us directly to discuss what changes are possible.

Absolutely. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and handle all personal information in line with data protection regulations. Any details you provide during the ordering process are used solely for fulfilling your order and are never shared with third parties.

Yes, we may use images of custom designs in our portfolio or for promotional purposes. However, if you prefer not to have your design featured, please let us know during the ordering process.
